Yes, in every way. In terms of strength and endurance to please a partner to orgasm being a largely muscular experience (and there fore more strength means bigger ones). Hip thrust/glute bridge is a fabulous exercise.

Yes! I always stretch and do cardio with my weights and it totally helps in stamina and flexibility. When you excercise right and feel good, everything's better. Also great advice to not start too hard as I've injured myself bad a few times and it's not fun and could last week's and even months to heal. You're great! Keep preaching the good life!
Hey Caitlin, love your advice, most of it is true in this video, but… I think you could improve your squat flexibility and depth, going at least to paralell (90 degree) level. Also the front squat doesn't "isolate the hips", as it uses the quads, lower back, glutes, hamstrings and muscles around the hips. Just a nitpick so no offence. Overall I'm sure having flexible and stronger squats will improve pelvic floor muscles 💪

60-minute sessions a couple of times a week at Title Boxing is one of the best cardio conditioners I've ever had. Combine that with strength training on alternate days a couple of times a week as well and there's pretty much nothing that you can't do in bed.

I seriously don't know why I watch these videos. Don't get me wrong, I love Caitlin V and the info she puts out. However, I end up more depressed than I was before. The keagles aren't that bad, I found out in my early adulthood that I can literally bounce my penis when it's hard. The other ones will be an issue for me. I have a bum shoulder (no insurance, no money) from 2 years ago and even the simplest movements can cause extreme pain from my jaw all the way down to my finger tips. Also, my lower vertebrae are fused to my pelvis. I can't lay flat on my back for more than 5 minutes without it hurting and doing thing like washing the dishes or fixing the car can cause muscle tremors and pain. Put it this way, in the Army, I passed the push up test every time, but consistently got less than 30 sit ups in because the pain was bad. All of this is completely moot anyways for 2 reasons. First, my wife doesn't seem very interested in extended play. She might be the guy equivalent of get in and get out. The other reason is that it's so infrequent, that I'm literally starting not to care. As far as having and keep a strong erection, when your wife starts talking about random shit (e.g. politics, our daughters), its difficult to keep a boner. I don't even mess with talking to her about it, because she ends up breaking down and saying that she disappoints me and a lot of other things. Couples therapy is a no go (in case you were going to suggest it). Can't afford it. She probably wouldn't go anyways.
