I am an avid roller skater. Roller skating makes for great core and leg strength. I have never met a true roller skater who was not good in bed.

Great advice from Caitlin. I’m a personal trainer specializing in hip and glute strength . Caitlin hits it on all cylinders with her advice to men about hips and pelvis. This woman always has great advice and if you want to communicate and or perform better with women, then pay attention to what she says . I’ve learned a lot from her and will continue to do so.

Is it wrong that I feel that women are the only gender that are owed or entitled to a date or sexual relationships? The reason why I feel that is because women are the ones always being pursued, men never have the luxury of being pursued or sought after by women, never have the luxury of women throwing themselves at them. Women get offers, men make offers.
Plus since it always seems that men end up virgins deep or late into adulthood, later than normal, far more than women it seems.
Hence why when Hollywood made the movie The 40-Year Old Virgin, that's why the title character of the movie was a guy, male.
I doubt there will ever be a movie like that in which the main character is a woman.

@Caitlin V – I'm dating someone that doesn't like oral sex done to her due to past experiences that I don't ask or pry about. But oral sex is like, my go to for warm up foreplay, so I am struggling to figure out how to approach foreplay and pre-sex activities when such a big part of it is off limits. Any tips?

This was SUPER helpful! Since the onset of the pandemic, I had a lot of concerns about going to the gym (once they even opened). I have been looking for ways to strengthen this area, and this works wonders even if you are carrying a few extra pounds. Thank you so much! The exercises while very impactful, are super simple, and I really appreciate the effort you put in to demonstrate them.

Could you do a vid with only flexibility exercises 😁 im have a lot of muscels in that area but no flexibility. My thrust "range" is very short.
