Im 64 and get morning wood every morning…sometimes it last for over 30 minutes…its normal for a healthy man. I eat well with a diet high in healthy fats…keep my weight in check…I'm the same weight as I was in my 20's..lift weights regularly to maintain muscle mass..walk regularly and limit my alcohol intake..sleep good every night.

OK, I'm actually pushing 67. Gray divorce, all that. I was having those erections that fall short of "raging." I dropped a little over 30 pounds, stopped the alcohol (still an occasional), began moderate (now more rigorous) weight training, became attentive to my stressors. Everything started working better, waaay better. But the final key involved what Caitlin says here. Learn to RELAX, let go; don't give a shit. Almost 67 and I can get those ragers again without the Rx. The AM wood has returned. Older guys, pay attention. Age REALLY IS just a number. Your best years might very well be ahead.π

Well since I've been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes since 2009. I noticed it does affect my situation and it's not as strong when I was much younger. I have lower back issues from work so it hampers my exercise. My stress is getting better but I still deal with depression due to losing my wife a couple of years ago. How can I get better?
